This policy explains what information creamerac.com collects, why we collect it, and who else handles it. It covers this website only, not information you give us by phone or in person.

Information You Send Us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the service you're asking about, and your message. The form emails that information to our office and sends you one confirmation email. We use it only to answer your request and schedule service.

We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Services That Handle Your Information

Email delivery: contact form emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
Analytics: we use Umami to see which pages people visit and how they move through the site, so we can improve it. Umami doesn't track you across other websites, and we don't use it to identify you.
Maps: our service area maps load map images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and browser details when it sends those images.
Hosting and security: the site runs on a server in Hivelocity's data center in Tampa, Florida, and is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they keep server logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and when) to keep the site running and block abuse.

We don't use advertising cookies.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (813) 986-1881 or use the contact form.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
